Alan Clarke and I attended the MDNA (Machinery Dealers National Association) Chicago Chapter meeting last night. It was a great chance to catch up with some of the other members.
Being part of an organization like the MDNA has benefits for Arlington Machinery but it also benefits our customers. Our membership allows us a chance to find ways to help better serve our customers by talking to other dealers. We discuss the new and better ways they have developed to serve their customers.
Probably the biggest benefit for our customers is to know that we are backed by an organization of upstanding and outstanding dealers that you can trust. Some customers may be a little uneasy buying used equipment if they never have before. Our membership in the MDNA and our commitment to their code of ethics means you have a company you can trust.
Arlington is a proud member of the MDNA and plan to be well into the future.
