In 2008, Wittmann took over the operations of Battenfeld. In Austria.  Wittman continues to market its ancillary equipment under the Wittmann name and injection molding division is branded under Wittman Battenfeld.  They currently have plants all over the world to service their customers’ needs.  Under the Wittman Battenfeld name they sell, toggle injection molders, hydraulic injection molding machines, fast runners, electric injection molders, micro injection machines, vertical machines and multi-component machines.  Wittman sells material dryers, conveyors, blenders, temperature controllers and granulators in addition to their CNC robots and sprue pickers.  Previous products marketed under the Battenfeld name have included plantary saws, pulllers and tanks.
