Desiccant dryer just as described, and packed right
Worked with Jeff Norman to identify a desiccant dryer for our process. He walked us through the process as we don't have experience buying used equipment. Sale was completed and unit was received well-packed and on time. Unit is running great and does the job fine.
They stood behind there product
They shipped me a skid of bad not working mold temperature controllers. After I explained this. They went through their inventory and replaced all of the heat controllers with working heat controller of the same brand and model. I understand the risks when buying used equipment, but it eliminates the risk when the company selling them stands behind their product. I would, and I have recommended them and will continue to recommend them.
