There were a few hiccups and some damage shipping the unit from its original location. all of that was taken care of but the overall shipping wound up costing us more than originally discussed.

We do everything we can to make equipment secure, but once it leaves the facility, the trucking company takes on the responsibility. That's why we only use companies we trust. I'm glad that they took care of you and it all worked out.
